Set your NC up with wncsetup. With proper network name and comm address info and make sure it knows where its archive database (OWS) resides.
The button:
Forces a download from archive. But you better damn make sure your database is up to snuff first.

I tried wncsetup,I don't find how to delete existing NCM Number to give it new number.Actually the NCM200 which I have is from some other location.I forget to ask if there also Dip Switches to Assign NCM Address or it is through software.

You don't delete the old address. Once you run wncsetup and enter your new node address (and the rest), it will replace the old one. It's set by software only.

I tried with WNCsetup and got Error 'Communication Error-Send failure'
We have 5 NCMs (1,2,3,4,5).No3 is faulty.I remove Arcnet connector from all 5 NCMs and then replace No3 with spare one which was used on some other location with number 20.I connect only this NCM with Arcnet connector and put Node number 3 in wncsetup and push ok and got error message above.I don't know where I am making mistake. If I am wrong in explanation, don't angry I will try to correct next time.Thank you.

Koliub,
Your not making a mistake the address changed from 20 to 3 cycle power on the NCM the Novram is now configured for Node 3.

Do a port 4 dump and get the name and node id.
You must use the cuurent name and node to access with wncsetup.

If you are not able to connect by Arcnet card using your excisting network, is because each NCM is software configured for the network name that it resides, its node on the network, and the IP that it can find its archive database.
As you may understand it is not so easy (or to say it better "plug and play") to replace an existing NCM with another one that its been pulled from another network.
In order to do so (an "easy" way) you have to connect with serial connection using WNCsetup (node 1 99)and trace the three parameters on Novram that you have to change (Network name, node and Archive IP) with your new ones.
In that way you donot need to know the previous settings of NCM.
I am sorry to say that but IMO NCM are not the easiest controllers to get around if you donot have base axperience on them, or a guide to follow...

Tried with Serial connection but it is not communicating without Network Name.Which I don't know that where they use this NCM.Is there anyway to get Network Name where theu use this NCM before.

Create a network on your PC called wncsetup. Prep-for the wncsetup you just created. Put in a net.ddl file for ncdirect and compile. With that you don't need the network name that's in the NCM.
If you have COMLITE, there should be a directory called COMLITE.JCI in the root directory, use it without booting PMI.

As previsly stated a port 4 dump will give you the current network name.

When you direct connect even if you are prep-ed for a different network as long as you are setup for ncdirect in the net. When the serial window pops up does it not show you the network name of the nc?

It is Displaying Existing Network name.I am using Straight 9 To 25 Pin serail cabel.I don't know if JC use some special serial cabel.Any idea about JC serial cabel.NCM200 has only 25 pin connector.
What is port 4 Dump?

Try using the dos version of NC-setup. change dir to C:\fms\tools then type tools let it unzip and then type NCSETUP It will ask you for the currect subnet (1) then the current node (20) the direct connect option. baud rate 19200. It should connect and then you get a menu to read novram or write novram. You can then write novram and answer all questions again with your new data. Sometimes using the old setup with these old NCM 200 works best.
