Here is a job where we tied into the chiller system; the building uses small console units to heat and cool all of the offices. The fun part was installing the 2" gas main; about 180' of it.... the building is round. Every 21' we needed to swing two 90s.

It was an interesting situation; the property owner 'struck a deal' with a sales guy, and we just supplied labor (quoed up-front price). We bought little trinkets here and there and handed in the invoices when we were done, but I'm sad to say i didn't have to pay for the 80' of 2 1/2" copper, L.
I used to plumb up 3 houses (ok, going back a ways) for what I charged this guy, we earned every penny of it too.
He swore he would never do that again, and i believe him.

Very nice indeed. Isn't it nice when you at least have the room you need to do something properly, instead of trying to cram 10 lbs. of HVAC into a 5 lb. mech. room...?:D
