Care is up to ver 8 now and SymmetrE or EBI is at ver R310. I don't think you are going to be able to buy Care unless you are an ACI or ACS contractor.

Are you the end-user (customer)? If so you can buy Care through a local rep. Theres some paperwork that you need to sign so they let you know not to do anything illeagal like pirate it. We have done it for a few customers that want to be self maintaining. If you are a contractor I don't think you can unless you become a HW rep a some level.

Talk to your local Honeywell branch. They can sell CARE but might strongly recommend you go to training first.
One issue is that you can't get 2.2 anymore. You might need to upgrade the project to the current rev. Do you have the CARE database for what is installed? If not, changes will require re-engineering as CARE can not extract programs from controllers to learn what is there.
If you don't get help, ask for the Sales Manager or District Manager. As end user, you have the right to buy CARE, after you agree to the license agreement.
