Can Eddy Currents be formed by Airflow in the ductwork. Can this throw off the static air pressure sencer?

Eddy Currents is all over the place. Typically he only messes around with electricity, but maybe he's expanding his presence to take on more issues with air.

Wow. I think i would first look at placement of the pressure tube. Is it pointing directly into the airflow, turbulent section of duct?

I have witnessed a 8” defuser sucking air into a supply duct. The spinon was located one foot down on the inside of a 90 degree turn. Therory states you need 3 lengths of the width of straight duct before any sensing or measurment is done.

Many years ago I witnessed a 150mm duct temperature sensor that was in a pocket of 'Dead' air. When a 300mm sensor was fitted in its place the temperature was reading correctly (about 20 DegC). With the 150mm the temp was nearer 14 DegC.
The consultant didn't believe us until we dragged him down to show him.
