Exhaust fan quality?

New to the forum, and I have a question about exhaust fans. What are the differences in quality of Loren Cook manufactured exhaust fans and those manufactured by Penn Barry. Any information would be helpful.

I've installed both, but prefer loren cook. Depends how close supplier is and phone 1 800 numbers on both see who you like talking to.
