typical, it being a reman compressor I would replace the o-rings on those terminals. It may not have been replaced when it was remanufactured.

Should have used back up wrenches when wiring it up! :p

it was all good since '05 , then this winter an o-ring musta died , lost 80 lbs of 22:mad:....i'll take pics when we get some parts in:D

Look at all them bubbles!! Can I try?? Looks like a few days of work. Double check them wires behind them suckers...

more like a few hours of work. It doesnt take long to reworked the terminal plate.

hum.....de minimus refrigerant releases, eh!? anyway, i've seen alot of what was in the picture. Trane has a kit just for that.

You can buy the kit fom trane (a little more $$, maybe in-stock) or from a local compressor rebuild company. Should get o-rings, gaskets, insulators, & all the hardware. I'm assuming that this is a model R.
