Computer room sizing assistance

My customer has a thirty square foot room (closet) with a few servers, montors, battery backup unit, and routers. I am trying to get some sort of sizing idea for his heat load. If I go to each item and add up the wattage I am only at a load of about 5,000 watts. At 3.4 BTUs per watt that would give me a total load of about 17,000 BTUs. I think tht is way too high! Any imput or resource for me?

if that is the total wattage on the equipment that will be correct, but it is only for the equipment any heat gain by the building will be extra

did you get the total wattage of the rating plat of the equipment or you acutally measured it?
