Commercial HVAC/R companies in NY

Im doing some research on HVAC/R companies in my area. I live around syracuse ny and need to figure out which companies to do some job shadowing and eventually an internship with.

Does anybody in the area have any recommendations for commercial hvac companies?

Does anybody have any info or knowledge about either ABC Refrigeration or TAG?

I appreciate any help I can get from anybody. :)
