I spennt about 20 hours on this pool table and and 150.00 total (including the pool table) to make it look like brand new, well almost. When I got it the top was green and torn. The base was brown and the wood rails were covered with black pleather. I repainted the bottom, made the rails and painted them and replaced the felt.

Your not that far away, come on over. You have to bring your own beer though, I have never even had a beer in this house. I have some liquor, but no beer. :D

Coulda swore I've seen this somewhere before......oh well. :D

Now you just need to paint them nasty lookin cinder blocks or cover them with some drywall and put a nice floor in...

Lookin at it again, do I see water marks at the bottom of the blocks?

Is it installed according to manufacturers specs? It looks like it is to close to the wall. I pity the played that tries to take a long cross table shot from that end. Did you ask a Pool Table Professional for advice on how to install the felt? I think the table looks like a DIY project and should be banned. We are not DIY here!:D

Put a coin slot on that sucker and charge the kids to play!

I did it myself not yourself. :)

It looks closer than what it is. I can get a full stick plus 8" from the edge of the table to the wall. You can't see it in the pic, but I have 1 pole that is in the way, just barely though.

Looks good, Karst. I should have done that at my first house but, NOOOOOOO....I had to spend $800 on a new table. I no longer have either now, table or first house.

A lot. Them bottles don't go far. :(

You know it was actually fairly easy to replace the felt, I was nervous when I was cutting the felt (it is kinda expensive if you cut it wrong).

The hardest part is the rails. If you take your time and go slowly and make sure you have all the wrinkles out before you cut it your good. It took me about 40 min to cover the first rail. About 20 mins to cover the second rail and I had it down to 10 mins on the last rail. :D
