could use some troubleshooting information on these controls. I have all the honeywell literature for these controls and all the accesories;need to know if these controls can be checked without the S7080A (analyzer). Any information would be helpful.

Just looked at the Honeywell lit. The limit controllers have a standard I/O checkout sequence. I didn't see any mention of the service tool.

on pg13 of component check out W7080a step 4 mentions a S7080A simulator
Both the limit and load analyzer check out procedures refer to this simulator

This is what I'm looking at (below). It's a controller that works or does not work. The check out guide is more than sufficient to troubleshoot the device. The service tool is an input signal generator, a basic controls contracting service tool available in many different flavors.
