My shop looked like that 20 years ago, now it is filled to the ceiling with all sorts of crap. We have a back yard which is just about filled with cast iron rads, and newer condensing units, by brother insists he is going to list the condensers on Craigslist.org this summer, if not the crack head copper bandits will be at them soon.

We cut down our volume of installs (raised prices), so I still use a magnetic layout table with horizontal and cross cut slitters.
The most modern piece of equiptment we have is a button lock machine.
Other than straight duct, just about every fitting we make is a one of a kind, never to be fabricated again, so a plasma cutter, or plotter is not needed.
