all i can say is "wow" i wish more contractors took that much pride and workmanship in their work. and if it has condensors there must be indoor units:D where are the pics of them??

nice job, just one critique, the low voltage. why not hide it?

Great workmanship--you guys do nice work I must say. I would also love to see some pictures of inside with the air handlers and ductwork if you can get them. The only thing that I would criticize is the taped low voltage to the liquid line.
Can you tell us what the indoor setup is like? Is it basically a residential setup with residential diffusers?
Are you the owner of the company?

If is was me i would have ran the tstat wire on the suction line and used black zip ties, but other than that i think you did a good job.

+1. Excellent job on the tubing, it is level and well supported. I like the insulation on the vibraclamps, but I can't get past the control wire. Atleast run it in seal tight, if not EMT or IMC where it exits the building, then 6 inches from the unit, switch back to sealtight to prevent vibrations. The doctors will be very comfortable, not to mention their very low utility bills.
so did you trade part of the labor to let you be an apprentice at his job for a couple days ??????? :D

Very neat work. Does the basement return, since it is so close to the air handler, have a strong/loud airflow? Tall air handlers--why are they on legs?. I'm impressed again. :)
I look forward to seeing the server room unit photos. What kind of unit is this going to be?

yes it has a small return on the side of the duct, during construction one of the carpenters unpluged the sump pump and the basement had about a half foot of water in it, so the job site superintendent wanted are units raised 6", they were originally on rubber feet. the server room mini-split is on hold right now $$.

Good install. I see one problem. No secondary drain or switch. If you are inspected, it should get hit.
It's code and it's in the install manual.

Air handlers look excellent. Again, the tubing looks neat and plumb. The only thing I would have changed is the PVC on the floor. I would have used hard drawn copper instead (I think it may be code here). PVC can become brittle and crack if kicked or bumped into while hard drawn copper can withstand slightly more abuse, especially in a high traffic area such as a mechanical or storage room.

Nice install. I haven't had a chance to work with those condensers, but I assume they work having seen a few around. I always thought that cap on the condenser fan would cause them to run higher than normal discharge pressures, from recirculated condenser air.
