Ductless air/heat Frederich Questions

Friedrich 18,000 BTU 19 SEER Heat Pump Single Zone Ductless Air Conditioner is what we are planning on installing in a 700sf room. Does anyone have any pros or cons about this unit. Any recomendations on a different unit. Also, we need to heat/cool two other rooms in the house. If we use a tri ductless system can we run air in one room and heat in another (baby room gets cold) or do we need two split units? If we use a tri system will it take away power from the other room cooling/heating the 700 sf room. Or would it best to have one single unit split for the 700 room and one dual split for the two smaller rooms.

Never installed a tri system.

Some multi splits allow heating and cooling at the same time. You might want to check out Sanyo, Fujitsu, Daikin, and Mitusbishi's Mr. Slim units.
