what manifold do you guys recommend using with the drsa 1200 or 1250 when it comes out? I'll go ahead and say money not being an issue because I like going for the best.

The 1200 was made to connect directly to a Yellow Jacket Titan four valve manifold. It will connect to any other manifold using the 90 degree swivel fittings. However it looks much neater when on the Titan. Some like this manifold and some do not. It is what ever you prefer. The 1250 is the same digital except it has 2 temp probes and backlighting.

since they make that manifold for just about every type of refrigerant and i plan to get into commercial hvac, does it matter which one i pick? sorry if im being a pain, i just dont want to regret getting the wrong one. :o
im not sure if the differences in the manifolds are just the gage on the manifold or if there are seals or gaskets in the manifold specifically made for the designated refrigerant.

What kind of work do you do and what kind of manifold do you have now?

im in school right now and im using Just Better gages. i intend on getting into commercial work rather than residential but i also want to get the gages while im in school so i can learn on them instead of figuring them out on the job. i think my class equipment really only uses 134a, 401a and 410a.

I am sure there will be some that disagree but I have had good luck with the Titan manifold. If that is the way you go make sure it and the hoses are rated for 410a and you will be covered.

I personally like how they fit on to the titan manifold.

But yes HeyBob, it can go on your exsisting manifold. But I dont like to lose one tool to gain another.
