First thing that caught my eye was you painted the support pole. Nice touch. Did you pour the domestic tank pads in place, or buy them ?

The water heater pads are 4*8*16 solid blocks that
I supplied.
I would like to take credit for painting pole but
homeowner did.

I take it's a duplex since it has two system?

Actually its a three decker, gas& gas stove for heat on third floor, new gas boiler an water heaters on first and second floor.
Oil tank ruptured and had over 200 gal. spill in cellar,
EPA came in and had major clean up. Owner had cost to
clean up over $300,000. Fortunate for him, Insurance Co.
is covering cost.

All I can say is WOW! :eek: What if the homeowner didn't have insurance to cover the spill?
