HRV diffusers location

Hi, I'm installing a 150cfm Lifebreath 155MAX in a 2x 800 feet sq in my old/ new house. One living area on the second floor is 2 bedrooms opening to a large living room. Should I put one diffusers in each rooms or only one in the living room because I'm a little bit concern about draft problems in the bedroom. On the first floor there is a master bathroom and bedroom, a landry area,utility room, dinning and living room in the old house (one alley in the center of all rooms) Where should I place diffusers and returns.

There is a science in designing the duct and installing an ERV/HRV.

If you don't know what you're doing, you'd do yourself a favor by hiring a professional.
