On the day we BBQ at my casa, we'll have a choice actually. Rky Mtn Oysters or nice thick Western Steaks.
Brats, horseradish and bakery buns as a warm up ?

Well I can never say that I didn't eat a bull nut.:rolleyes: But a nice western steak is far more appetizing. mmmmmmmmm..........
And remember boys and girls---if you are going to eat bull nuts, you had better pet him first. :D

Also known as tendergroin or swinging sirloin, these little darlings contain a lot of cholesteral. So, I may have to limit my consumption to a just a few dozen. I just wouldn't think you would want to order this delacacy rare and absolutely not "on the hoof".
I see a brokeback mountain weekend developing here;

[QUOTE=RoBoTeq;1764856]Also known as tendergroin or swinging sirloin,
Here they're not even called Rcky Mtn Oysters. They're just nuts. Were gonna have a nut fry. I'll bet that makes milk fly out of you guys noses! But here, you have a Nut Fry and everybody brings beer and stays up late. I make my own cocktail sauce too. Theres horseradish that grows wild in my town. I'll make a hot one and a mild Ol Bay one.
