I've had various experience with selling off old equipment, especially chillers and towers -it varies so much depending on the market.

The last time I had a customer ask about selling off their existing 4 year old carrier screw and evapco tower, it was going to cost so much just to move them out of the mech room and the roof it just wasn't worth it to them.

Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions on where to go with it- except maybe aggreko- they have an office in Atl, least I think they still do.
They might be interested in it, nu temp may be as well.

Which part of GA are in?

The chiller is worth about 3k in scrap if you want to do it yourself, other than that it has no value. The tower, nothing either, only thing worth selling would be the air compressors and driers.

FYI-I work for Georgia Trane. I noticed you work for Trane as well.
