Looks like a less expensive version of the Veto propac LC without the rubberized bottom. Can we get some pics of the inside of it? I cant find any online that show the inside. Would be a nice (and light) alternative to the veto.

i dont like it, it looks gay, 60-70 dollars.....no way, just pay the extra 50 dollars and get your self a real bag that will last you five years, this bag looks like you cant even fit a drill, hell it looks like even the nut drivers barely fit in the pockets.

#1 you mean a ready bottle very very handy!
#2 not a good idea to wipe your hands on the curtains or what ever you can find in the customer's home.

Yes a drill fits in there easily.
The drill was in this small tan bag

thay are very Necessary when servicing oil burners!
and you would be very surprised how far a little too much pipe dope goes!
and a course you need someplace to blow your nose on.
that may give you clue for one of the uses of the ready bottle.

Thinking of buying the VETO bag.....Have always had bucket bosses or oher open type bags....seems like the loops break out or tools poke holes through the bottom. Wondering if closed model would work for me...also size...I'll figure out the best method to carry my tools about the same time I retire.
What do you all think of the VETO bag???????

I was very impressed with the "VETO"
I checked over there Web site
and read the comments on this site.
and I almost ordered 1 the LX
? on the "VETO" the zipper inside the main side compartment how large is that storage area.

Buy the damm Veto bag today!!! Its the best bag ive ever had, Today i realized that the Veto is so organized that i have not lost any of my tools or forgotten any at a job because before you zip it up to go home, you will see if one of the pouches is missing something, to my amazement i have not lost my mini maglight, For service techs i think the Veto LC is perfect.:)

Veto bag is sweet! It's so nice to be able to put it right down in the snow, water or whatever and your tools stay dry and doesn't hurt the bag.
The LC was plenty big enough for me glad I didn't buy the LX would have been alittle to big going up the roof hatch.
You also can't mess this bag up with old parts and crap in the bottom of the bag. Very easy to know when a tool is missing from the bag too.

In those pockets wich are the same size and same location on both sides, what i keep in there are my jumpers on one side and my multimeter leads with the thermocouples on the other side. Its about two and half to three inches deep and runs the length of the tool bag.

thank you for the information .
it's nice with these type of tool bags to be able to
haul up on the roof w/ a rope
And I hope you'll never have to but if you have to take 1 I hope it's only a rubber bullet .

Hey HVAC/R TECH,
That bucket boss is alright, I think they just copied the VETO design in a cheaper way as it was introduced 2 years after the VETO. I have compared both side by side as well, no offense but if you spend the extra bucks on the VETO LC, you will use the bucket boss for garden tools or an emergency trunk toolkit. The VETO is of such high quality that I have not damaged it in 2 years of hard service/installation work. When zipped up, my tools do not get wet in the chance I get caught in the rain. The shoulder strap is even rubberized so it doesn't slip off your shoulder.
I constantly have customers and other techs from all trades asking me about it and where they can get one.
PS If you are a young gorilla and want to carry your entire truck contents, then the XL or XXL may be for you. I am 6'1" 250lbs and find the LC is plenty heavy with all the tools that I need. As it can hold a lot of tools, I regularly have to go through it and remove the tools that I don't use too often as they just add weight. Just because there are empty tool pockets doesn't mean I have to fill them!:D
