Just wanted to see if any of you guys have come across this.
This past winter I have found two Carrier rooftops. 15 ton and under with a punch hole missing in the restictor plate behind the ventor. This causes the last cell to roll out on start-up. Keep in mind this happiens the very first time the unit is started. All the carrier tech support guys did not belive me untill I shipped the part back to them. I find it strange this happiened on two units, Maybe one but two?
