TAC/Andover a good company to work for?

I got offered a job with Andover/TAC this week. I know that they exist but havent dealt with them or really seen there control product.

I looked on their website and they seem to be well marketed and looks like they have a decent line of controllers. Also seem to be keeping up with the technology so far.

I know that im sure the opinion will very by location and person, but those that have worked for them or dealt with them do you think it was a good company. Do they take care of there employee's. Is there product well received in the market. Is their training and product support comparable to other control companies. Or any other things you would tell someone who is looking at them for employment.

I didn't care for them when I worked in NC. Seemed to have no forward direction from upper management. Local management was like a ship without a rudder. Andover was the better half of that merger. What office are you going to work in? Thanks. Mike
