You can try using the USB adapter with LonSpec but it is not
officially supported. I have used it before and it does work with some
computers.
The only "supported" non-serial interface is the PCC-10 card.

I used the box (can't remember the mod.#) for two years before I got the card, it works great.

I've used mine without any problems. I was using an Echelon U-10 USB to Lon on a Dell M60 laptop. If is a different brand USB to Lon adapter, I don't know if it will work or not.
