York ISN Software needed ICE

I have inherited a york connesys system and i have a dead contoller and i need ice to put the back up the customer has back in the new CX IDC.

I have seen people post looking for ICE software quite regularly, but I have not seen anyone clearly say they have it. I too run into some york stuff from time to time and thought it might be nice to have...hint, hint. How scarce is this program?
