Looking at getting a digital manometer, and leaning towards the 510. Can it measure both ports independantly? IE: monitoring inlet and manifold gas pressures simultaniously? Any other thoughts from 510 users?
Oooooo, I love buying new toy----er--tools! :D

No.
It's just like connecting your mechanical manometer.
I have one. I like it.
Nice strong magnet, too.

Thanks jr. Know any meters that will? I was working on a large piping system with several 2psi-"wc regs and it would have been handy to monitor both at once to check pressure drops with different loads running. Found 2 out of 5 or 6 regs not locking up (slow creep) and causing intermittant ignition problems.

You could use a 3-way valve. Connect inlet, outlet, and high side port. Then, switch between inlet and outlet.
I've seen a setup like that. Worked very well.

I just got the 510 and got home to find out that it did not have hoses with it. Not a big problem as I can use the one from my water tube. But, I was wondering what everyone else uses for hoses. Will surgical tubing or the like work or can you get something from a supply house?

I recommend pneumatic tubing. Rigid enough that it doesn't collapse. Flexible enough to roll into your bag.

Used some vacuum hose, worked okay
