If You Jump Circuts To Make Valve Go Into Heat Mode, You Need To Replace Circut Board ,make Sure You Have Proper Voltage At Coil

Ok, here's my story. I dont have alot of experiance with heat pumps so I thought I'd come and get some knowledge from the experts. I jumpered the rev. valve to see if the valve was stuck, it's not so now I need to know if its a relay and which one would it be. I need to know cause little ppl are cold.
I haven't had time to feel out my porfile.

Schematics are the best way to understand the circuit. It’s like a road map when you’re not sure how to get somewhere.

With the lack of details, we are left to guess, but it sounds to me like the plunger in the 4 way valve is stuck. Turn it on to heat and try firmly tapping the 4 way valve with the RUBBER HANDLE of your hammer. If you hear a click followed by a woosh of gas, you solved your problem

For how long? That is yet another guess.

It doesn't seem to me like the reversing valve would open when jumped if it was stuck

have you check all you low voltages from the stat to the unit?
