Carrier chiller

I have a 30RAO22-030 chiller and i am having problems with it. The compressor No1 starts for about 30 secs and then the comp No2 starts and stays on until the thermostat is satisfied and the unit cycles off.
The comfort link screnn shows it working at 50% capacity.
How can I reset this unit so No1 starts and then o2 starts and they both continue running as it used to do before? or how can i reset the hnit to work at 100% capacity? The unit is running much longer than before, eventhough it still cools the area.

Perhaps switch it back to #1 lead, and tighten the deadband a bit?

Does it show and alarm on the #1 compressor??? imho that unit(all things working ok) knows what it takes to efficiently cool the chilled water...It seems like if the load is low it should run a little longer on 50% rather then running at 100%...I will look in my book and check some things I seem to remember on of ours doing that same thing...
