I bought a nut driver from Insco Dist. a while back that no one else seems to sell. Cost 24.95 and is a 1/4" by 5/16 . adjusted by sliding the head back and forth. Its magnetic and a very very well made tool. For those of you who are always scrambling for the right size nut driver you might find it handy.

I've seen them, but never talked myself into buying one... I guess I'm kinda stuck on my 10-in-1 screwdriver

I like my slide driver. Purchased it at Robert Madden Industries.
It has a longer reach than a 10 in 1.
Seems to be well made and has a strong magnet.
It's now my primary nutdriver.
The only downside is the driver head is a little thick. Have found a few 1/4 inch screws that didn't have enough clearance for the driver head to fit.

:( Yup, that can be a problem but well worth dealing with. Once you try one you'll be happy with it.

Thanks for the link. I'm gonna make one of them lifting hooks tomorrow :)
I never even looked at the other stuff they had, nothing gets by me! haha
I've got the filter lifter thing, it works pretty slick too.
I do like that hook idea. I generally set stuff so I can "fish" for it and never really had problems, but their idea for a hook seems way better than fishing for stuff!

I saw the slide driver at Trane a couple days ago...wasn't sure if it was worth picking up or not but it sounds like it is now.
The counter guy at United was trying to sell me the filter box grabber for $30 but, as above, I wasn't sure if it would work. He said he'd sold 3 of them lately though...guess I'll get it next time I'm there...:)
