Katrina Victim: The people of Houston Texas we have had to deal with the scum of New Orleans. Or crime rate skyrocketed as well as our taxes to pay for the policing, storage and housing of the scum.

When you build something in a flood plain, below sea level, it doesn't matter if there is a levee protecting it or not--it's just stupid.
All around the St. Charles, MO area the flood plain is being built on (against protests) and it's just a disaster waiting to happen. The Mississippi river took over those flood plains in '93 despite levees and you can bet it will happen again.
These people with their hands out are just screwing it up for the people with some kind of legitimate claim that is within reason.

Same kind of people who build homes 1/4 mile form end of a runway and complain about noise.
What we need to do is warn them against playing basketball in rush hour traffic. We could rid ourselves of a few of them that way.

Now that right there is a plan! Maybe attach a penalty or two for actually doing it and see where it goes.

3 QUADRILLION? What do you want to bet that clowns total assets prior Katrina was less than $50,000. Sounds like someone trying to take advantage of the court system, file a ridiculous lawsuit, then "generously" settle for 1 or 2 million.
