a little brain teaser

Here is some pics of a 2005 model Reznor electric heater. 480v 3ph supply with a step down trans 24v control running through the hi-limit and 230v blower. Simple heat only 2 wire stat.
Whats gonna happen when it's connected to power. Will it operate correctly?

Not too clear but NO it looks like the T stat wire is going through the contactor contacts.
