guessing here..... a low profile rooftop(standing at the unit it is chst high) with 2 hermetic compressor in one panel with the controls right above them(very tight in there)gray W973 controller with in unit with cooling and heating stages printed on the top ith exposed terminals YES!!!! if you have that control you working with a DC voltate ramp thru a zone stat with RED led on each side.when you slide the temp left or right either glows red?

Unit was vandilized/sabotaged. It's missing the controls you mentioned and about 80% of all the other controls. It does have 2 herms with the controls above. I neaver made it to the stat.

you need to verify the cooling and heat up at the unit then recheck the stat pull to control it overall.

It's getting changed out to a carrier TJE with conventional stat. I'll have to pull new wire on it regardless. Unable to retrieve ratings off the unit
