Does anyone have any info on the old stlye EWC damper motors?
What I have is a call, where there are 2 zones, 3 dampers. Guy just bought this house and called because the zones are not working.
the first floor zone has 2 dampers that are supposed to open and close simultaniously. The upstairs zone is on a single damper, and that motor has actually been ripped out.
I am going back to replace the missing motor, but I need some info on how to wire up two motors on the same zone.
Also, any troubleshooting info would be appriciated.....like what voltages should I have across the 3 terminals that are wired up from the zone board, ETC.
Also, need an illustration on the open and closed positions of the dampers - I always forget, and I usually look at the stickers that are right on the damper, but they are gone :-(
