Please list your discharge air temperature at a supply grill.
Also state what type of furnace you have
Mine, I have it pushed to thin.
13 degrees outside. 107-111 discharge temp at register.

Thanks for the feedback.
mine is a Trane XV90 the smallest they make. I guess I thought i was going two zone or just messed up, but I tossed this in my house and I know it's to small. Gotta get a larger one 100,000 btu. Don't want Trane, don't want carrier, don't want bryant.

You must have used SC to reach this, might try a sight glass to tweak it.

It's not a heat pump. LP furnace. I'm on the LOW side(the bottom) of my delta T, I should have bought a larger furnace. Or I could go with a zoned system.

Or you could always set that one up to run properly?

I'll head to the tiddy bar right away and take my infra-red thermometer. I'll tell ya the poll temp before and after a dance! http://www.welaf.com/resources/200610/pic/1162297940.jpg

check your manifold pressure. or better yet, get a combustion analyzer and set your firing rate.

Forget the infra-red, put a K-type pipe clamp and what the the super heat while its being utilized!

Hey guys, lets get this straight. I need no help,............ it was a poll to see other discharge temperatures. The equipment in this post I am talking about is a GAS FURNACE. Just a gas furnace. No heat pump, No oil fired burner. When I installed this system in my own house I guess I was going to design a two zone system, but I tried to squeak by with this. Unfortunately for me the furnace is to small for my big old house. The GAS furnace only has three (3) burner tubes. (MV90) The two stage gas valve is 39,000 and 59,000 output BTU, it's LP. I wanted to poll to see what the highest discharge temperature of some of other members of this forum. Thats all I wanted. ;)

On low fire, I probably run 115° discharge, usually return is in the 60s. On high fire, the permanently mounted thermometer with the probe in the supply plenum maxes out at 122° so don't really know how hot it gets.
