crystal tips ca012 ice maker

I am after a service manual for a crystal tips model ca012 ice machine
It is making ice but in small quantities....some turned the thermostat up full and it has been making ice very well since......can anyone offer advice????

I don't recognize that model #. The Scotsman site (www.scotsman-ice.com) has some Crystal tips manuals under their SLC model # if that helps.

this crystal tips ice machine was made by F Muller Pty Ltd in Australia. I have some photos, it make one good batch of ice then no more.....are the setting on the side correct, anyone have a manual or can help out. thanks
