58pav070-12 code 31

My 58pav070-12 furnace is displaying code 31 and doesn't start. Looking for advice on how to fix it. Please help.

Go to where you keep your phone, get out your phone book and look up "Heating and Cooling contractors", pick one and dial the number. That will usually fix the problem.
