I have noticed during the last couple month the furnace is humming a bit louder than usual? Also I noticed the air flow was pulsating a bit. I looked at the advanced menu and the CFM was pulsing between 825 and 938 CFM?? I you could hear the air flow get stronger then lighter. I looked at the fault history and I saw "12 blower on after start up 22 events" any clues?
Its a Carrier 58cvx
thanks!
There might be a short somewhere causing power to be interrupted on heating cycle. Call a service tech to find the problem.
Could also be transformer(humming) issue again a service tech to check it out

Out of curiosity what is the static pressure reading when you are in that advanced menu? Was new control wire ran? Any splices in this wire or straight shot to board and infinity control? Call a service tech. Your parts are under warranty any how.

The Static pressure was about .22-.25. Was not doing it tonight.

call a pro. board issues can cause pulsing of blower with no fault codes to indicate blower issues. code 12 is caused by power loss on the entire system when a call for heat is active, and the system restarts.
