CCN Problems

We have a CCN that we have had pretty good luck with for the last few years. But now, we have replaced one of the fan coil boards. Since this is a newer version (2.2 to 3.0) we had to blow out the program and manually add everything. The only problem is we can not force any setpoints, we get CCN access denied, but only on this board, all the others still respond correctly. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

I assume that you are using ComfortView frontend software??

Yes we are, But today I spent all day messing around with the software. I finally figured out what we were doing wrong. As we changed values, we weren't downloading it to the controller. Oh well, live and learn.
