Payne furnace problem

This furnace is 20+ years old. 3wire pilot comes on, but inducer won't.
After 10 seconds the pilot starts to click on and off.
Can anyone help

Sounds like it's the inducer motor, or capacitor. While its calling andstarting, put your hand on the motor, and see if you can feel it humming or getting warm.
