Heil 13 or 14 seer

Getting bids for a Heat Pump. Just want to make sure I'm comparing apples to apples as best I can.

Heil H4H348GKA outdoor

Heil FEM4X4800A indoor

The documentation I found says this is a 13 seer. Installer says it's a 14 with this coil.

Is that right?

That combination is 47,500 btu cooling, 11.5 EER, 14 SEER, 47,500 btu heating at 47 degrees, 30,200 btu heating at 17 degrees, 8.2 HSPF.

You are getting almost a full 5 tons (48,000 btu) of cooling and heating at 47 degrees.
