Anybody know of a hydronic press/temp gauge with a temp scale of 20-120 deg temp scale and pressure 0-60psi?

Have you considered using a digital refrigeration gauge? Ones like this are approved for use with water, have a .1 psi resolution and a built in temperature port that will exceed your requirements. Plus, this gauge has matched duel pressure sensors that go to 725 psi, so if you are using peat's plugs, you can easily get differential pressure.

This is an older model (above) that has a dead band at 0 of 3 psi, so from 0-3 you will not see a pressure change, however as long as your system has static pressure, it should not mater to you

If it does matter to you, then you would want to use another model like this one (above) with no dead band also approved for water.

You could also print your results with a printer kit. This is a stok item at Johnstone, Sid Harvey and many other locations
