I have two older (early to mid 1990's) Thermal Engineering recovery machines. They work, they are heavy, they are a tad slow, they are cheap, $50.00 each.
I am really not interested in shipping these.
Great for someone just getting started that needs to be legal.
I also have about 5 oxy/acetylene torch sets and carts with wheels, no tanks included. Make an offer, I'll try and post some pics sometime today.
