Plz Help me,

To calculate the fresh air requirement and exhaust air for combustion in a burner of 3.5pounds/Hour LPG consumption rate (for Restaurant kitchen)

Exhaust Should Be 100cfm Per Foot Of Hood Area, And Make-up Air Should Be 75% Of That.;)
