so get this,
Story 1) the first company i got my AC job at i had a female manager and she didn't like me, i was trying to stay quiet and do my job.
to make a long story short,
she was taking everyone and their mother and placing them in fully stocked trucks, meanwhile, i was placed in a "maintenence" truck with nothing in it.
the only problem with that was every week i was showing proof through testing that i was the only new tech who knew how to fix A/Cs.
so this went on for months and finally towards the end of my employment, i really started to flip out.
one day i was riding along with a senior tech and we got on the topic, i started going off, and i was calling my manager a fat bich and naming all the stupid crap she was doing
i saw him take his finger and place it over the speaker of the Nextel radio.
i started to think that the Nextel radios could be listened to without the key being pressed.
( i never stopped talking crap about my manager tho)
Story B) so now it's about 2 years later, i'm at a different company,in a different state.
today i'm driving on the freeway and i hear my Nextel get keyed, like someone is trying to reach me.
i ignored it because i was merging on the freeway.
a minute later my Nextel gets keyed again.
so i pick up my nextel and see that it was keyed by my manager.
so i pressed in the button and tryed to talk to him about 4 times, nothing was happeneing.
i receive a page that says "please call office"
so (while i'm driving) i called the office with my cell phone and i tell him my Nextel isn't working right,
he tells me, "you probably have the mute button pressed"
i said , "ok, that's what the problem was, so were you trying to reach me?"
he says "i wasn't trying to reach you, i thought you were trying to reach me"
i said "um...no"
______________________________________
don't you think it's a little odd that my manager trys to contact me twice, then sends me a page while my Nextel was on "mute",
...then claims he wasn't trying to talk to me?
...AND he instantly knows the problem with my Nextel is, it's on "mute"?

Wolf boy between this post and your ignorant rant in General you are proving repeatedly what an imbecile you really are.
It is a miracle that you are ever even hired anywhere let alone retained for any length of time. If you came to me for a job after five minutes of discussion I would send you on your way. You must be the single most screwed up unemployable person I have ever run into.
If you are for real and not just making up this crap you need some serious therapy. I really mean it you need to go back and read the pure unadulterated bull**** that you type.
Go to your profile and do a search on all your post. Then take the time to read just what you have written no responses. When you do that consider very honestly how you appear to the people that read them. If you don’t seriously see that you have issues that need to be addressed you should find the nearest mental ward and check yourself in. If by some chance you do see what we see then maybe some soul searching and determination to improve your outlook will suffice.
It also might help if you learned how to spell, proper diction and punctuation. For your edification it is tried (not tryed) and tries (not tryes). Maybe just maybe the manager had worked with Nextel long enough to know what the problem was because it had happened before.
The nextel thing aside...........I also had a female manager at my last job also. Too much time on the phone, typing away at personal e-mails to friends etc., etc.. If she didn't like you, you were up a creek without a paddle. I know some of these nextels can be GPS equipped, and that can be used against you.

Wolfie..........
I really hate to tell you this...........but yes, I am the boss and with special programming I can listen to you or my employees over a NexTel, hear conversations etc.........quit looking over your shoulder to see if you are being monitored and just accept the fact that you are being monitored.
If your NexTel has a camera I can take a picture of you also through your phone.

It's all in your head, you need to unwind
Your losing your grip, the paranoia never ends
It's all in your head, what you see in your mind
There's no reason to trip, the paranoia never ends
[Mad Child]
Sometimes I smash the wall when I'm alone in my room
I'm an abusive reclusive like Dr. Doom
Parts of darkness descend and consume me
You wont believe the gloomy thoughts that run through me
I'm proof 20 minutes but if you spend the night
Leave the next day like "I don't think his heads on right"
Try to talk to myself but I don't listen
I've got split personalities and competition
And which one's a man that I... I've got issues
I could be standing in front of your face and I'm not with you
Schitzophrenia, Shane's brains distorted
Sort of compulsive, obsessive, disorder
Mathematical pattern addict of depraved mind
Before I go to bed I hit the light switch seven times
Yes, um, never mind, put the knife back
Mad Child I'm outta my mind, but I'll be right back
[Chorus]
[Prevail]
There's no one behind you, there's no one beside you
There's no one beside you, you know as well as I do
There's no voice inside you, that shadow isn't moving
You must be losing to confusion having illusions
Still you wanna prove it, paranoia
That someone might be coming for you, no ones trying to kill you stupid
There's no Norman Bates, peeking in your window
There's no Patrick Bateman trying to pick you up in limos
You pop another pill, to try and calm your nerves
But prescriptions make the descriptions a lot worse
Your seeing red bursts, and then your head hurts
You should have checked under the bed first
Crawling on all fours, locking all the doors
You must have flown over the cuckoos nest and lost your course
I thought I told ya, don't let that **** control ya
'Cause paranoia will destroy ya just a lesson for ya
[Chorus x2]
[Moka Only]
When your mind is acting wild
And you swear your insane
Can't nothing help you out
Of this trap your in
You don't know which way to turn
And your head is in pain
Can't nothing help you out
Of this insanity
Yo it's paranoia in your brain cell
You think the worlds looking at you but you can't tell
You need to find yourself a hobby or something and stop frontin'
Nobodys out to get you, nobody wants nothin'
I think you got a chemical imbalance
When theres silence, you swear you hear cops and their sirens
Maybe it's a different environment that you need
But whatever it is, your minds dying to be free
Your trying to perceive with the usual procedures
Your chests feeling tight, you think your having seizures
Maybe your just trying to hard to fit in
You need to let that **** go and get counselling my friend
[Chorus]
The paranoia never ends, the paranoia never ends.

I can relate to what he is thinking. I work for a place that watches the employees more than any strangers that happen to be around. They use camera footage against employees all the time.
One guy was forced to resign just last week. None of us other employees know what he did but we know he was filmed. I'm glad we don't have any Nextels. Not that they would need to watch or listen to me, but I do get to hear a lot of trash talk about management.
Spying on employees is common whether they admit it or not.
BigJon3475
10-28-2007, 01:40 PM
That usually stems from a problem.....i.e....We bought 100 contactors....we only sold 50.....and only have 20 left in stock...Unless the co. is just anal...they usually don't spy on employees unless it's justified....it cost money for those cameras, gps, nextels....Any good business owner would do the same if they thought they were being taken advantage of.

My work Nextel is no problem, it just rarely works. Ninety percent of my calls end in being disconnected.
Now my personal Verizon has some issues. It keeps taking pictures of the inside of my pocket and I get calls from Spanish speaking people daily.

If you had a worhtless employee like wolf pup wouldn't you want to keep as close tabs on him possible.
They need to stick a probe in his brain (if he has one) that allows them to see and hear everything does or says. Maybe if his boss had him outfitted as a robot he might be a worthwhile employee.

i worked with nextels for a while and what would suck is that the speaker button or the mute button was located towards the bottom of the key pad and when you sit down while you have your nextel on your pocket or belt clip the button would always be pushed accidently. I did later find out that nextels do offer a service where they can show where your at, this guy i knew would post the actual sattelite picture of your van on the Memo board with a date and time telling everyone that you were not allowed in certain areas. I dont understand why it is that the idiots who work in the office are the only ones that think they are saints and out for the good will of the company while the techs are watched like criminals at times.

It's people with the elitist mindset. These people who are little tinhorn dictators get a little authority and begin to think that they are better than you are.
I deal with these types every day and most of them only know one subject really well and have very little common sense at all.
If given time most will show you just how dumb they are if you let them talk long enough.
These elitist types don't want a middle class to exist. They want ruling class and slave class people, and consider anyone making less money than they are to be the slaves. Once I find this attitude in someone I then have little use for that person.

Had a Navy site, that you needed clearances to go in and an escort. Nextels were not allowed due to the listen in feature, My Cell One was allowed in after they looked at it briefly. We questioned the boss with no satisfactory answer, after that the Nextels stayed in the Trucks overnight. Also the Korceas (sp) had a permanent record of all the calls, that could be accessed by a code only the shop knew.

Ditto.
The other day I talked to a guy I used to work with, said the guy doing "field managment" was spying, backstabbing, and pitting one tech against another. Anyone who tattles gets brownie points, and if he has it in for you, for any reason (usually not brown nosing him) he'll hunt you down till he finds anything he can use against you. I believe it, because I used to work with this guy when I was at that Co. and that's the type guy he is. The funny thing (from my perspective) is all his pet peeves are things he was the most guilty of himself. Thats the way it seems to be. Everyone thinks other people act the same way they would, and some are not bright enough to realize that's not the case. By attempting to create a work environment where quality work gets done through paranoia and fear of making a mistake, they create just the opposite. In poorly run Companies, people are promoted to their highest level of incompetence, and these idiots prove it.

The typical statements made by someone with a "white drug" damaged brain....
If you really think that your boss can spy on you via a nextel phone, call your local nextel dealer, and pretend you want to set up an account for some fictional business.... Lets say it's a HVAC company....
Lets see if they can provide you with the nextel spy tools you are looking for.
If they want a sale, they will reveal if it is possible.
Then again, if you approach them the same way you approach this forum, they might just tell you to kick rocks....

The company can buy service from the UN to get your location, listen in at will, and record all transactions. It is all a part of the new one-world-govornment. USA homeland security has access to all of this traffic, and key-word-search voice recognition computers are monoriting everything in the broadcasts. Nextel 'mute' is a legitimate feature, but it can be overidden with a price with the right 'buying-power'. A corporation must be deemed large enough to be 'in the club' of reasonable power to take advantage of more without prejudice. Small HVAC companies may not have any access, but a larger copany will have unlimited audio, GPS tracking, and usually a video feed, and with the more expensive models air-test chemical detection.
