Recommendations for future employer in Columbus, OH

I'm a commericial tech with 7 years experience. My current employer has went down hill and in my opinion is going down the road of going under. I'm open to suggestions for future employers. I'm currently non union, but not against union at all. I would consider myself good rounded tech in bad situation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Take this from a old fart.....plan 20 years In the future, do you still want to turn wrenchs!!!....Will you be able to do the work???........You don'r see many old timers out there still In trucks..........Age Discrimination and being paid for what you are worth!!!.
Go to work for a city, state, fed gov, or some thing that will protech you In the future when you are ready to hang It up.
I wished some one had this talk with me about 20 years ago.
