auto body shop unit heater

my son works in a hot rod shop and the reznor uh needs replaced. the old one isn't sealed combustion. no painting is done in this area but there are the usual chemicals and a ton of dust from sanding and bodywork.

do you guys think sealed combusion is necessary ? there is a huge cost difference.

they quoted me about 300 difference plus over two hundred for a vent kit. this is for a 100k reznor.
