Salary Question

I am trying to find out what the going salary is for a territory manager in the HVAC Wholesale Distribution arena, with 22 years experience (some technical) living in the Pacific Northest.

From the recent post I have been reading I would guess from $10.00 to $12.00 an hour.

thats right 10-12 an hour and 80 hours a week

Sounds more like a technical sales job...which would be commission right? What is the range of the people that would be working for you? You said manager so I assume there are people working for you.
