It's more fake German.

Ask yourself a couple questions:

Do you think you understand it?
Do you speak German?

If you answer the first question "Yes" and the second "No" then it's not really German.

I can speak Duetsch. Had to learn for our trip in 2006. Not too hard actually.

Then you can see it's a mix of German words (often in wrong order or not meaning what they sound like), English and made up words.

Besides, if a German wants to make up a word they would probably combine them like "dumkopfenrubberneckensightseer".

Man, you folks are a tough crowd....

Considering the complex and technical nature of the systems that we install and maintain, I was amused at this notice directed to those who might be a little bit too curious or confident for their current level of skills...

I took it as a playful use of seemingly authoritative German dialect...

Now i feel like it's been graded... poorly...

I've never had a bad grade, I'm at a loss here...

I'm going to wait a couple more years before I post again...
