Any of you guys have the pleasure of dealing with Hobart for Vulcan Hart equipment? Been trying to get a flame sensor for a POS tilt skillet that is actually made in Canada by Crown food service. This is try two for the Hobart parts guy to get me this frickin sensor! Hobart guy says that there are no manuals, schematics, or parts list for this POS

The best thing to do is to call Vulcan yourself and get the name of the person who gives you the part number. That way when you get the wrong part you can call them back and get them to pick up the NDA shipping.

Vulcan does have seperate phone lines for their parts and service apart from Hobart, but as they are all one happy family they can be difficult to deal with. Hang in there and get with the Vulcan parts dept and deal with them only.
Good Luck!!:o

In order to get the correct parts if you get the ml number on machine any Hobart office can get your parts. Also go to vulcan hart web site and you might be able to get part number and schematic,
