Anybody have one of these? Mine always has a musty smell in it, even when I clean the strainer in front, Am I supposed to keep the door open when not in use? I've been told to clean it with vinegar, and no luck, also, it shakes like hell when spinning, I had a repairman here, and he said floor needs to be reinforced? wtf?

Wipe down the seals with a cleaner - we use bleach in some water - we also run it empty once every 6 months with dish washer powder and leave the door open between uses

Any washer, both top and front loader leave the door/lid open to air out, and soap tray.

I also advise people to remove the soap tray every now and then to clean up any build up of softner/soap.

As said by Penguin, run an empty load w/ a cup of dishwasher powder in HOT water.

Be sure to use the HE soap as well.
