This one is making the email rounds
Four United States Presidents get caught up in a tornado.....
And off they whirled to the land of OZ.
They finally made it to the Emerald City and went to find the Great Wizard
"What brings the four of you before the great Wizard of Oz?"
Jimmy Carter stepped forward timidly:
"I've come for some courage."
"No Problem!" said the Wizard, "Who's next?"
Richard Nixon stepped forward, and said:
"Well, I think I need a heart."
"Done! Says the Wizard."
"Who comes next before the Great and Powerful Oz?"
Up stepped Bush and said,
"The American people say that I need a brain."
"No problem! Said the Wizard.
Consider it done."
Then there is a great silence in the hall.
Bill Clinton is just standing there, looking around,
But he doesn't say a word.
Irritated, the Wizard finally asks,
"Well, what do YOU want?"
"IS DOROTHY HERE?"

Actually I cleaned it up a bit from how I received it, so I guess it added some originality, it was not a link.
I do not really care what forum it is in

Spam is supposd to be deleted isn't it. You don't get them to move spam.
You know because it is annoying stuff that irritates the people in a forum?
So if the rule was no jokes in ARP, make it the rule.

How exactly do you add commentary to a joke. You give a summary of the punch line first then let them read it?

Simply adding some comment about how or why you find the joke humorous would be acceptable.
Is it really that hard to comprehend or do you just prefer complaining?

If it was truly spam then why was it not deleted?

If it was truly spam then why was it not deleted?
Because a reproduced joke, with no accompanying original comment, is allowed in this forum.

You're not privvy to admin or ARPC actions concerning spam or the what's, why's and if's of how it is dealt with.
With any luck at all, it will remain that way.
You should be thanking me for not having your lame-assed joke with no original comment deleted and putting it here to begin with.

Well, you're entitled to your opinion.
But having an opinion to share and wearing it out on your sleeve and whining about the rules incessantly, simply make those who do it look foolish................ and note that I'm not referring to you.
ARPC will continue doing our job to ensure that the rules we have in place are enforced and are the same for everyone, regardless of the fact that there will always be drama queens screaming foul.
