HVACR online courses

I am considering having an employee take a hvace online course, while working with me. Does anyone know a good online course to help with hvac troubleshooting? I know a hands on school would be better, but it is not really an option in my area. thanks for the replies

I know the second one is considered NATE recognized training program meaning it is a good basis for getting the knowledge to be able to pass the NATE certifications. I am enrolled in that course and it goes pretty in depth but it isn't cheap either way. Also something to mention the course I am taking is current with using manual J 8th edition for training on load calc's which I liked for my "systems" course.
